대다수가 여성과 어린이들인 50만 명 이상의 아프간인들이 증가하는 폭력 및 불안으로 인해 강제 이주를 당했다. 유엔난민기구(UNHCR)는 아프가니스탄의 인접국들에게 국경을 개방할 것을 요구하고 있다. 안전을 추구할 수 있게 하는 것은 수많은 민간인들의 생명을 구할 수 있다.
More than half a million Afghans - a majority of whom are women & children - have been forced to flee due to increasing violence & insecurity. UNHCR calls on Afghanistan's neighbours to keep their borders open. Being able to seek safety can save the lives of countless civilians.
