대구시가 우크라이나를 응원하고 나섰다. 21일 주한우크라이나대사관은 "대구시는 평화의 빛 캠페인에 동참했다. 매일 저녁 도시의 랜드마크들은 우크라이나 국기의 이미지와 우크라이나와의 강한 연대를 보여주는 응원 메시지를 전시하고 있다"라고 밝혔다.
"The Daegu City Government joined the Light of Peace Campaign. Every evening the city's landmarks display the images of Ukrainian flag and cheering messages showing strong solidarity with Ukraine."
