Show Your Brilliant Talent In Our School!
2016 was the year in which many things were changed. All the middle schools in Gyeonggi-Do had to practice 'Free semester'. So, it seems that showing and developing dreams and talents are really important these days. And my school, Hwajung Middle School, is one of the best places for students to develop dreams and show talents to others. First of all, our school has well organized club schedule. There are two kinds of club, school club and free club. Since middle school students have a lot of things to learn but also enjoy school life, our school encourages students to join as many clubs as they can. Also, there are large varieties of clubs, and each of them has their own characteristics and strength. However, our school holds a festival for each grades every year. So a lot of students can show their talents. Actually, those festivals are really popular and gather many participants. Thus, our school holds a grand festival every three years. In the festival, there are not only performances, but also club booths. So most of the clubs prepare various ways to show the purpose of their clubs and the strength of their clubs. This allows other students to experience unique club activities in an entertaining way. Even though it takes a lot of time and money to set things up for the festivals, our school satisfies all aspects because the students can think about what they are interested in by themselves and what they also want to do when they grow up. So, how about coming to our school and experience Hwajung's unique culture?

우리 화정중학교는 2016년 자유학기제의 실시에 따라 학생들의 꿈과 끼를 발전 시켜주기 위해 많은 일을 하고 있다. 학교 동아리 뿐만 아니라 자율 동아리를 통한 자기 개발을 장려하고 있고, 자신의 재능과 끼를 보여줄 소축제를 매년 학년별로 진행하고 있다. 그 축제들은 매우 인기가 많으며, 많은 수준있는 참가자들을 끌어들인다. 또한 3년 마다 한번씩 열리는 대축제는 공연 뿐만 아니라 동아리 부스들을 통해 각각의 동아리가 자신들의 독특한 매력을 뽐낼 수 있고, 학생들은 기분좋게 그 활동들을 체험할 수 있다. 돈이 많이 드는 작업이 분명함 에도 불구 하고, 우리 화정중은 그 학생들이 많은 체험을 통해 진로 개발을 할 수 있다는 것에 만족스럽게 여기고 있다.
